Start with your own numbers
Before you visit flats, find your Kua number, Mulank, Bhagyank and name number. The free Vastu tool does this from your name and date of birth in a few seconds.
Entrance direction
The flat's own door matters most. An entrance in one of your four lucky directions scores full points; an entrance in a difficult direction scores none, but can be improved with remedies.
Flat number and floor
Add every digit of the flat number (letters use NumberHealer's Chaldean chart, so B-704 is 2+7+0+4 = 13 → 4). Karmic totals like 13 are shown, not hidden. The total and the floor number are checked against your numbers as friendly, neutral or unfriendly.
Study and children's room
A study or puja room in your growth or wealth direction scores well. For children, their own lucky directions can be checked separately.
Room layout: bedroom and kitchen
The master bedroom should sit in a lucky direction for the main earner. The kitchen is the exception: the Eight Mansions method places it in a difficult sector.
Compare up to five flats
Enter each option in the free tool. Blank details are simply not scored, so you can compare flats even when you do not know every room. The best score is marked Best fit, with a tick or cross and a reason for every part.
If your favourite flat scores low
Look at the room-by-room remedies: a nameplate digit that removes a number clash, turning the bed or desk, and door remedies. Pending NumberHealer review.
